Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Physical Products
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within [7–14 days] of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Subscriptions (A Letter Connection)
All subscription payments are non-refundable once a shipment is in progress.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Shipping Issues
Paper & Harmony is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen mail once it has been shipped. However, we may offer replacements at our discretion in rare cases.
